The Academy is a division of The Henderson Group, supplying training and learning opportunities across Northern Ireland.

We have now grown to be one of the largest providers of logistics and other compliance related training in Northern Ireland.  We offer comprehensive solutions that support both businesses and individuals working towards  new skills and refreshing previous certifications.

Current Reach

The Academy currently provides over 300 retail and logistics businesses with bespoke development and compliance training. We also serve the needs of many individuals who are seeking to upskill or reskill to enhance their career opportunities.

We strongly believe that professional and business growth is achieved through investment in people and as one of the largest training providers in Northern Ireland, we are committed to upholding this standard of training excellence.

Driver and Forklift Training

The Academy is the largest provider of driver training in Northern Ireland, specialising in CPC, LGV and PCV licence entitlement. We also provide a comprehensive range of forklift training, including reach, counterbalance and telescopic.

We support individuals who are just entering the industry, those seeking to upskill their licence entitlement and those who require refresher courses in order to maintain their certification/licence.

Since John Henderson first set up his stall as a market trader over 130 years ago, the Henderson Group has undergone unprecedented growth, and are now one of the largest employers serving communities across Northern Ireland.
